<p>PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof and an organic solar cell and an electrode of the organic solar cell manufactured thereby are provided to improve applicability at a flexible printed circuit board by introducing a printed grid transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A self-assembled thin film is formed on a substrate surface(S110). A first electrode having a straight line or a grating pattern is formed on a substrate using a printing process(S120). A first auxiliary electrode including a conductive organic matter is formed on an electrode on which the first electrode is formed(S130). An organic light emitting layer is formed on the first auxiliary electrode(S140). The second auxiliary electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer(S150). A second electrode is formed on the second auxiliary electrode(S160).
