<p>PURPOSE: A surface-treated steel material is provided to ensure high corrosion resistance by containing aluminate and sulphate in an intermediate layer to restrict the propagation of corrosion in scratches of a coating film and blisters. CONSTITUTION: A surface-treated steel material comprises base steel, anticorrosive resin coating(2) formed on the outermost surface, and an intermediate layer formed out of aluminate and sulphate between the base steel and the anticorrosive resin coating. The intermediate layer contains metallic powder more active than iron.</p> |
