PURPOSE: A multilayer polyurethane structure capable of preventing the sound wave distortion, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve interlayer adhesion force without using a separate adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer polyurethane structure(100) includes a first layer(10) and a second layer(20). The first layer is formed with a hardened polyurethane mixed solution, and includes a convex-concave structure(11) on one surface. The second layer is laminated on the convex-concave structure, and is formed with the hardened polyurethane mixed solution. The hardened polyurethane mixed solution contains a polyurethane material and a hardening agent.
