PURPOSE: A temporary tooth prosthesis and a combination method thereof are provided to make possible an operation in real time. CONSTITUTION: A temporary tooth prosthesis comprises a body unit(100) corresponding to a tooth and wing units(300a,300b) which are integrally formed to be symmetric to both sides of the body unit. The wing unit is formed in the shape of wing and is formed with a bent portion on the upper end thereof. A groove portion is formed in the body unit. A through-hole unit is formed in the wing unit to be combined with a holder unit.
