PURPOSE: A finger insertion type ruler integrated with a cutter is provided to enable users to easily and strongly grip the ruler using a finger insertion groove, and to prevent the movement of the ruler when drawing a line. CONSTITUTION: A finger insertion type ruler has a body(100) in a polygonal cone shape. A finger insertion groove(200) is installed on a first surface of the body located on the bottom of the polygonal cone shape. A cushion member(210) is attached to at least one surface of the finger insertion groove. A groove is installed on a second surface of the body for producing a slot to insert a cutter blade.
