Nano-sensor, method of manufacturing the same and method of detecting target molecules by using the same

PURPOSE: A nanosensor and a method for detecting target molecules using the same are provided to accurately detect the target molecules and to reduce the movement of the target molecules. CONSTITUTION: A nanosensor comprises: a substrate(10) with a hole(15); a first layer(20) which is placed on the substrate and has nanopores(25) which are placed at a site corresponding to the hole; and a nanostructure(30) which is formed at the first layer. The nanostructure contains graphenes or carbon nanotubes. The nanosensor also comprises a second layer(40) which is formed on the first layer and supports the nanostructure. The nanosensor further comprises first and second electrodes and an insulation layer.
