PURPOSE: A surface light emission sign and a manufacturing method are provided to shorten the manufacturing period of surface light emission sign by dramatically reducing the hardening time. CONSTITUTION: Cover an ultraviolet hardening type synthetic resin composite with thickness of 1-1.5mm. Ultraviolet hardening type synthetic resin composite comprises 80-120 parts of acrylic resin by weight, 5-15 parts of light diffusing agent by weight, and 20-30 parts of color pigment by weight. Ultraviolet hardening type synthetic resin composite passes through the ultraviolet hardening device for 10-15 seconds and hardens itself to ultraviolet light.
