PURPOSE: A laminating apparatus for a solar panel is provided to prevent deformation of a solar panel by minimizing the temperature difference between a top surface and a bottom surface of the solar panel. CONSTITUTION: A heating air supply line(230) supplies air heated in the heating chamber to an upper chamber. An exhaust line(250) exhausts the air which enters the upper chamber. An air supply line(280) supplies external air to the upper chamber in separation of the heating chamber. A second opening and closing valve(260) controls the air movement between the heating air supply line and the exhaust line. A pressure valve(270) opens and closes the heating air supply line according to pressure variation of the heating air supply line and the air supply line.
