PURPOSE: A DC/DC converter, a power circuit thereof, and a semiconductor device thereof are provided to stop power voltage supply in a signal processing circuit for a short time as data is not stored in an external memory circuit. CONSTITUTION: An ADC(Analog to Digital Converter)(105) converts an output voltage into a digital value. Another ADC(106) converts an input voltage into a digital value. A signal processing circuit(107) determines a duty ratio by using the digital value of the output voltage. A pulse modulation circuit(108) generates a control signal for controlling the switching of a switching device(102) according to the duty ratio. A power control circuit(109) selects whether a power voltage is supplied to the signal processing circuit according to the digital values. A memory device includes a non-volatile memory device, a transistor, and a capacitance device.
