PURPOSE: A traffic sign device for guiding the view of a driver with a cleaner function is provided to easily remove dust and foreign materials from the surface of a cylindrical reflection unit. CONSTITUTION: A traffic sign device(100) for guiding the view of a driver with a cleaner function comprises a base(102), a post(104), a fastening bar, a bearing unit, a rotation unit, first, second, and third lower rotary wings, a reflection unit(120), an insertion unit, first, second, and third supports, a housing unit, first, second, and third upper rotary wings(132,134,136), and first, second, and third foreign material removal units(140,142,144). The post is fixed to the top center of the base. The lower rotary wings are fixed to the outer surface of the rotation unit at uniform intervals. The reflection unit is located at the top surface of the lower rotary wings and has letters. The housing unit receives the fastening bar therein. The upper rotary wings are fixed to the outer surface of the housing unit at uniform intervals. The foreign material removal units remove foreign materials from the upper and lower rotary wings.
