PURPOSE: A table-mounted chair is provided to facilitate the access of a user, to maximize the size of a table, to facilitate the storage of the chair, and to reduce a storage space. CONSTITUTION: A table-mounted chair comprises a seat unit(100), a seat back unit(200) which is connected to the back-end of the seat unit, a rotation driving unit(300) which is connected to the lower part of the seat unit and supports the seat unit to be rotated, a shaft support unit(400) which supports the rotation driving unit, and a table support stand(500) in which one side thereof is connected to the rotation driving unit and the other side thereof is connected to the table. The rotation driving unit comprises a first rotation shaft unit(310) and a second rotation shaft unit(320). A third rotation shaft unit(330) is installed between the table support stand and the table.
