PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable integration of a whole system and also enable coping with ultra high-speed light random-number generation requests.

SOLUTION: A high-speed chaos optical signal generation optical circuit generates a phase difference to RZ type clock signal light which is inputted from light input ports a0 and propagates in two interference arms, by inputting the RZ type clock signal light outputted from a light output port a9 of Mach-Zehnder interference type optical intensity modulation means a1 and used as clock signal light for phase modulation drive to light-light cross phase modulation means a2 and a3 provided one by one at the two interference arms in the Mach-Zehnder interference type optical intensity modulation means a1.
