PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcibly stop an engine even if a vehicle cannot be powered off.

SOLUTION: A vehicle remote control apparatus 100 to remotely start or stop an engine 40 is installed on a vehicle. The vehicle remote control apparatus 100 includes: a remote controller 30 for transmitting a start request and a stop request for the engine 40; and an engine control means 10, 20 for terminating fuel supply to the engine 40 to stop the engine 40 when at least one of lapse of a predetermined forced-off time or receipt of the stop request is satisfied after the engine 40 is started in response to the start request.
