<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized food inspection device capable of inspecting a minute inspection sample. <P>SOLUTION: A food inspection device 10 has three electrodes (an action electrode 12, a reference electrode 13 and a counter electrode 14) on an insulating substrate 11. These electrodes are insulated from each other by an insulating layer 15 on the substrate 11. An insulating side wall layer 16 made of a resin material is arranged on the substrate 11 in a manner to form a reaction vessel 20 with a configuration to have these electrodes on the bottom surface thereof. The reaction vessel 20 is configured to contain a liquid (a reaction liquid 100) with the action electrode 12, the reference electrode 13 and the counter electrode 14 exposed on the bottom surface thereof to inspect an enzyme reaction as well as an electrochemical reaction inside the reaction liquid 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
