<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet device capable of suppressing infiltration of hot water into a gas supply passage due to back flow during stoppage of water supply. <P>SOLUTION: A faucet device includes a gas generation part 11 for generating gas having functionality and a water supply passage 7 of which downstream end 7a faces a discharge port 5. A gas introduction part 9 which mixes the gas having functionality in hot water is provided on the downstream side on the midway of the water supply passage, and a gas supply passage 16 which supplies the gas having functionality generated in the gas generation part is connected to the gas introduction part.
