摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of oscillating a plurality of oscillators without mutual interference, and that is low in current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An analyzer comprises: a plurality of oscillators 11<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-11<SB POS="POST">4</SB>in which frequency changes according to an adhesion amount of a specific component in an atmosphere; a plurality of oscillation circuits 12<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-12<SB POS="POST">4</SB>including an amplifier 21 in which the oscillators 11<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-11<SB POS="POST">4</SB>and a feedback resistance element 22 are parallel connected between an input terminal and an output terminal; and a controlling unit 15 that applies ON voltage and OFF voltage respectively to a positive side power supply terminal 28 of the amplifier 21 of each of the oscillation circuits 12<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-12<SB POS="POST">4</SB>. The controlling unit 15 is configured to apply the ON voltage to one oscillation circuit among the plurality of oscillation circuits 12<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-12<SB POS="POST">4</SB>and to apply the OFF voltage to the other oscillation circuits, and obtains the adhesion amount of each of the oscillators 11<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-11<SB POS="POST">4</SB>on the basis of the frequency measured with a measuring unit 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
