<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently obtain an ultrasonic image in a desired range. <P>SOLUTION: A signal processing system includes: a plurality of ultrasonic transducers capable of changing relative positions thereof; an angle sensor for detecting position information on the relative positions of the plurality of the ultrasonic transducers; and a delay calculation part for controlling transmission focal positions and reception focal positions according to the position information. In this case, the transmission focal positions are focal positions of transmitter pulses transmitted by the plurality of the transducers, and the reception focal positions are focal positions of receiving pulses received by the plurality of the transducers.
