<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser capable of sanitarily controlling a raw liquid nozzle for discharging a raw liquid for beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage dispenser 1 includes a cleaning cover 8 which simultaneously covers a raw liquid nozzle 51 and a diluted liquid nozzle 52 and guides a diluted liquid discharged from the diluted liquid nozzle 52 to the raw liquid nozzle 51, a cleaning start button 26 for commanding the start of cleaning the raw liquid nozzle 51, and a control unit 90 for controlling the discharge of the diluted liquid from the diluted liquid nozzle 52 when the cleaning start button 26 is operated. The raw liquid nozzle 51 and the diluted liquid nozzle 52 are simultaneously covered with the cleaning cover 8, and when the cleaning start button 26 is operated, the control unit 90 performs control to discharge carbonated water to clean the raw liquid nozzle 51 and then discharge beverage water to clean the raw liquid nozzle 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
