摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-saving, low-cost, and easily adjustable pressure feed device for powder or similar materials which can achieve material input at low position and discharge at high position. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure feed device is composed of a plate-like disk that rotates and a plate-like weir that sandwiches part of upper and lower surfaces, pushes powder or the like by the rotation of the disk, holds it by the weir, and pushes it out to a discharge port. The disks and weirs are stacked to increase a throughput. The biaxial disk is used to increase the throughput. A gate is provided to a discharge port to compress the power or the like for volume reduction. The frictional resistance pressure of the gate is adjusted to adjust the extent of solidification. The rotational load of the disk is detected and a material input amount is adjusted to lower the upper limit of required power. The overall device is inclined so that the material input height is decreased and the product discharge height is increased.
