PURPOSE: A length adjustable movable iron rod is provided to be solidly fixed by applying power downward during installation thereof. CONSTITUTION: A length adjustable movable iron rod comprises a linear variable rod(100), a one-way joint rod(200), and an elastic plate(300). The length of the linear variable rod is changed in the horizontal direction. The one-way joint rod is extended to one end of the linear variable rod and is formed with a joint. The elastic plate is combined with the other side end of the one-way joint rod. The linear variable rod comprises a locking pin.
