<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a failure caused by charging a storage battery. <P>SOLUTION: A charge control device 1 comprises: a communication control part 14 instructing a signal processing part 10 to decrease current capacity (an upper limit value of charge current) when receiving a suppression instruction transmitted from a power monitoring device 2; and the signal processing part 10 decreasing a duty ratio of a pilot signal.
