<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving mechanism having the smooth mobility on a plain, and high irregular ground traveling property on a rough land, and capable of demonstrating the toughness and dustproof and waterproof property of a wheel type vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In a wheel 10L and a wheel 10R of a vehicle, one end of each of expandable link members 14L, 14R is connected to a wheel connected to an outer sidewall part orthogonal to a tread part of a tire.
