摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate random numbers with high disorder capable of simplifying a whole system and also coping with high-speed random-number generation requests. <P>SOLUTION: In a high-speed chaos optical signal generation optical circuit, an optical demultiplexing part SP-1 demultiplexes RZ type clock signal light outputted from a light output port P-MZ-1-cross of a Mach-Zehnder interference type optical intensity modulation part MZ-1 into two circuits; a light delay part D-T-1 adds a predetermined delay to the RZ type clock signal light of the two circuits; and a phase difference to RZ type clock signal light inputted from a light input port P-MZ-1-1 and propagating in two interference arms is generated by inputting RZ type clock signal light of the two circuits having the added delay and used as clock signal light for phase modulation drive, to phase modulation parts R1 and L1 provided one by one at two interference arms in the Mach-Zehnder interference type optical intensity modulation part MZ-1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
