<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new foam sheet exhibiting superior flexibility and superior water-repellent properties. <P>SOLUTION: The foam sheet includes foam having a continuous bubble structure with through holes between neighboring spherical bubbles. The foam contains a hydrophilic polyurethane polymer.
