PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitely prevent occurrence of reverse current with a relatively simple circuit configuration.
SOLUTION: A stabilized voltage power supply circuit, which stabilizes an output voltage VOUT by using an error amplifier 10 to detect a difference between a reference voltage Vref and a feedback voltage corresponding to the output voltage VOUT and by controlling an operation of a bipolar power transistor 3 constituting an output stage through a driver in accordance with detection output of the error amplifier 10, is provided with a comparator 101 for comparing a potential difference between an input power-supply voltage VIN to be applied externally to a collector of the bipolar power transistor 3 and the output voltage VOUT. The comparator 101 can control a base current of the bipolar power transistor 3 in accordance with the potential difference between the input power-supply voltage VIN and the output voltage VOUT, so as to maintain an inequality, the input power-supply voltage VIN>the output voltage VOUT.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
