<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mantle and main shaft fixing structure maintaining productivity of crush chambers regardless of downsizing, having wear resistance and suppressing exchange frequency to reduce maintenance cost in a gyratory crusher. <P>SOLUTION: The mantles 34, 41 are made of a wear resistant material of a funnel shape that its surface is narrowed at an upper edge part 41, and a female screw of a clamp 35 is screwed into a male screw disposed on a leading end of the gyrating main shaft 31, the mantle 34 is fixed to a mantle core 33 fixed to the main shaft via a torch ring 42, a clamp 35 is protected by being covered with the mantle 41, and the clamp 35 and the mantle 34 are fastened together with a knock pin 43 in a rotational direction such that the mantles 34, 41 are facingly disposed to each other up to around an upper end of a concave 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
