<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a change due to displacement of electrode terminals caused by expansion or the like of battery cells, while achieving a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises: a plurality of battery cells 1 with electrode terminals 1a; and a metal bus bar 6 having a plurality of connection holes 6a opened therein in order that the electrode terminals 1a of the battery cells 1 are electrically connected to each other with the battery cells 1 stacked one upon another. A surface of the bus bar 6 in which the connection holes 6a are opened can be flushed and formed in the shape of a wave in a plan view. Thereby, the shape of the bus bar can be in a substantially planar shape, and a protrusion in a height direction thereof can be reduced to maintain downsizing, and the wave-shaped part can be deformed. Even when the electrode terminals of the battery cells cause displacement in a horizontal direction, the amount of change due to the displacement can be absorbed by the deformation of the wave-shaped part of the bus bar.
