<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater power generating method which has a water flow through structure having a water flow acceleration function in a water flow applied rotation power function and improves rotation efficiency by including a helical rotor in a center through-hole under an accelerated water flow condition. <P>SOLUTION: In a water power generating device, a power generating function part (H) on the water surface and a rotation power part (T) under water are integrally connected, and a water power rotation part is under a water flowing condition. The water flow through rotation power part (T) has a dual structure of a substantially cylindrical penetrated shape comprising inside and outside induction pipes (A, B), the diameters of which are different. In the water power generating method, the synergistic effect of a diffuser effect wherein a pressure difference relaxation flow which occurs downstream downward and flows to a pressure reducing area accelerating passes through the center through-hole (E) is applied, rotation efficiency and torque are enhanced through the water flow acceleration function by providing the helical rotor (F) in the center through-hole (E), the device itself rotates freely by floating of a mooring hook and function of a straightening plate (Z) even if it is moored and fixed, and directivity that a water intake faces the supratidal zone and a water flow acceleration function are always achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
