PURPOSE: A dust removing machine is provided to prevent dust and dirt from passing through front screens by connecting main screens with curved extensions to the front screens. CONSTITUTION: A dust removing machine(100) comprises frames(120), guiderails, multiple main screens(160), front screens(180), a rake(200), an apron, an endless chain(240), a drive device, and a conveyor(280). The frames are installed on both sides of a water way. The guiderails are installed on the inner sides of the frames. The main screens are installed between the guiderails and filter dust and dirt and have curved extensions(162). The front screens are installed on the front bottoms of the main screens and filter dust and dirt and have curved portions(182). The rake has a reinforcement channel and a reinforcement rib. The reinforcement channel and rib remove the filtered dust and dirt from the main screens. The apron collects the dust and dirt by guiding the rakes rearward. The endless chain is installed in the guiderails and continuously rotates the rake. The drive device rotates the endless chain. The conveyor conveys the dust and dirt falling down to the rear of the apron.
