PURPOSE: A variable capacity type swash plate compressor is provided to improve the lubricating performance of a compressor by minimizing an air discharge because a sleeve makes a through-hole have a minimum opening degree in the maximum inclination angle operation of a swash plate. CONSTITUTION: A variable capacity type swash plate compressor comprises a cylinder block(100), housings(200,300), a driving shaft(210), a rug plate(220), and a swash plate(230). A CS hole(510) is formed in the inside of the driving shaft, thereby connecting a crank chamber(201) and a suction chamber(301). A through-hole(520) is formed in the driving shaft to be across the CS hole. An opening degree of the through hole is adjusted depending on variations of an inclined angle of the swash plate. The through-hole is formed in the driving shaft between the swash plate and a rug plate.
