FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurology and cardiology. Electric cardiogram is registered in bicycle exercise testing and analysed by creating mathematical model of cardiorhythmogram (CRG) of exercise and recovery periods. The best trends, determined by the least square method in optimal time intervals, are excluded from its time series. Detected sequence is subjected to spectral analysis. Density of spectra, obtained in ranges 0.15-0.4 Hz (HF) and 0.04-0.15 Hz (LF) is modeled by linear regression. If values of LFh criteria are within the interval 3.37-3.82, satisfactory, lower than 3.37 - low, higher than 3.82 - high sympathetic activity of exercise period is determined. If values of HFh criteria are within the interval 3.69-4.5, satisfactory, lower than 3.69 - low, higher than 4.5 - high parasympathetic activity of exercise period is determined. If LFb values are within the interval 0.86-4.1, satisfactory, lower than 0.86 - low, higher than 4.1 - high sympathetic activity of recovery period is determined; HFb values are in the interval 0.84-6.06, satisfactory, lower than 0.84 - low, higher than 6.06 - high parasympathetic activity of recovery period is determined.EFFECT: method makes it possible to differentiate sympathetic and parasympathetic impact on heart rhythm regulation.2 cl, 3 tbl, 2 ex, 3 dwg |
