FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a welded double-bar frame equipped with a hinge system, support elements arranged in a staggered order with actuators. Actuators have stands with a bent end with chisels and legs. Chisels are sharpened with a soldered-on surface made of a cermet alloy. Stands with bent ends are made in the form of a solid part from a pipe of round section with a diameter of 90-95 mm and have a bevelled cut. Chisels are made in the form of elliptical plates with two eye-like brackets covering the bevelled cut of the bent end of the stand and fixed with the help of a finger. At the back of the stand bend there are two flat brackets rigidly installed, between which there is a bracket inserted, being rigidly connected with a leg. The leg is made as semicircular, with upper sharpening, and has agitators in the form of metal strips cut partially in the end of the rear part of the leg and bent by 40-50°.EFFECT: structural design will make it possible to reduce metal intensity, simplify design and also to reduce energy costs and to increase operational reliability.3 cl, 4 dwg |
