<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing program, an information processing system, and an information processing method, which diversify user operation by posture and/or motion of a display device when controlling an object appearing in a virtual world and a virtual camera for generating an image of the virtual world by the posture and/or motion of the display device for displaying an image generated by the virtual camera. <P>SOLUTION: Based on data outputted from a portable display device, it is determined whether a direction of a predetermined axis set to the portable display device is within a predetermined range. When it is determined that the direction of the predetermined axis is within the predetermined range, operation of the object disposed in the virtual world is controlled according to the direction of the predetermined axis. Also, when the direction of the predetermined axis is within, or outside the predetermined range, operation of a first virtual camera for generating an image of the virtual world is controlled according to the direction of the predetermined axis.
