<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign-board capable of further improving visibility and readability of characters, patterns, and the like in a backlit state, and capable of improving processing workability in manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: A sign-board 1 is configured by adhering a translucent white reflective sheet 3 only on characters and patterns to be displayed and the periphery thereof on a front face of a perforated panel 4 having a number of holes and adhering a translucent chromatic color reflective sheet 2 on the front face of the perforated panel 4 including the front face of the translucent white reflective sheet 3.
