<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler structure having an end cap which can be easily made larger than a muffler body part, and minimizing air resistance as much as possible even when the end cap is made larger than the muffler body part, and increasing protection effect of the end cap against the muffler body. <P>SOLUTION: The outer shape of an end cap 31 is formed larger than the outer shape of the muffler body part 28 in lengthwise view of the muffler body part 28.
