<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ventilation efficiency of a roof in a pent structure. <P>SOLUTION: A roof in a pent structure comprises: a ridge part 21 disposed at one end; and a roof part 22 disposed as inclined downward from the ridge part 21 to the other end. The ridge part 21 comprises: a ridge pole 31 provided along a first direction; and a ridge cover 32 covering the upper side of the ridge pole 31 and the side face at the one end. The ridge cover 32 comprises: side wall parts 41c and 42d that cover the side face at one end of the ridge pole 31; and an upper wall part 41b that covers the upper portion of a roof part 12.
