<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a flip-up sidewall to smoothly turn in an upper frame direction and improve workability in work for folding a folding container. <P>SOLUTION: The folding container includes an upper frame 1, a bottom 2, divided sidewalls 3 with an upper divided sidewall 4 and a lower divided sidewall 5, and a flip-up sidewall 9.
