<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a multilayer coating film for a ceramic building material with which a coating film can be formed having excellent coating film appearance even when a clear coating material composition is applied without carrying out a drying step after a base clear coating material composition is applied. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of forming multilayer coating film for the ceramic building material, a ceramic building material manufacture line includes: a step of applying a water based base paint composition on a material to be coated to form a water based base coating film; a step of applying the water based clear paint composition in wet-on-wet on the water based base coating film to form a clear coating film; and a step of drying the resultant water based base coating film and clear coating film at the same time. The water based base paint composition has 300-3,000% complex viscosity increase rate after ten minutes from viscosity measurement start. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
