<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle upper structure capable of achieving a structure where an adhesive bonding a resin roof to a roof side is not seen from the outside of a vehicle, at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A step part 50 is formed in the outer panel 40 of a roof side rail 22, and a flange 24C is formed in the resin roof 24. Slope walls 24B and 52A where an adhesive 54 is applied between the resin roof 24 and the outer panel 40 are blocked by the flange 24C, thereby preventing the adhesive 54 from being seen from the outside of the vehicle. That is, since the adhesive 54 is prevented from being directly seen from the outside of the vehicle by changing the shapes of the outer panel 40 and the resin roof 24, the structure is achieved at low cost compared with the case of using another member as, for example, blocking means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
