<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a door mirror for restraining an abnormal sound such as an edge tone, a cavity tone and a resonance sound generable on the inside, by restraining the inflow of an air current to the inside of a housing cover. <P>SOLUTION: This outside mirror 7 includes a base member 70 installed in a vehicle body 5, a support shaft 71 rotatably supported by the base member, the housing cover 72 having a clearance 10 between the base member and itself and integrally rotatably arranged with the support shaft, and a mirror 73 installed in the housing cover.
