FIELD: veterinary science.SUBSTANCE: method includes luminescent spectral analysis of microscopical sections stained using a specific metachromatic luminescent dye marker "Steins all", investigation of microscopical sections of a wall of a glandular stomach of a reference healthy bird and an examined bird, further on every microscopical section, using visual microscopy, an area is determined with epithelial cells of deep alveolar glands of a mucous membrane, in which three areas are identified with highest extent of luminescence intensity, from each section a luminescence spectrum is collected, and its digital processing is carried out, using the ratio of nucleic acids and proteins of the area of epithelial cells of deep alveolar glands of a mucous membrane, an index of intracellular metabolism violation extent is determined.EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of diagnostics of a state of intercellular metabolism of nucleic acids and proteins in a wall of a glandular stomach of birds in case of klebsiellosis.3 cl, 2 dwg |
