Proposed means comprises outriggers with mall supports and device for coupling with supports secured in soil. Said coupling device includes body locked relative to top part of support secured in soil and adjustable device for coupling outrigger ball support with body. Said adjustable device comprises guide coupled with body to turn thereabout and be locked therein.
