<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air separation fixation device capable of performing appropriate fixation processing on paper having a toner image transferred thereon and preventing the image quality degradation caused by fixation failures, and an image forming apparatus comprising the same. <P>SOLUTION: An air separation fixation device is provided in a flow path of air blown from an air separation part, and has a constitution including a non-contact temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of a heating part, and a control part for comparing a temperature measured by the temperature sensor to a control temperature of a target, and performing a temperature control of the heating part so that the measured temperature coincides with the control temperature. The control part corrects the measured temperature or the control temperature in accordance with blow conditions of the air by the air separation part (e.g. a wind velocity), and compares the measured temperature and the control temperature using the corrected value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
