<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform display so that a whole image can be viewed regardless of the attitude of an electronic apparatus even when the hand holding the electronic apparatus covers a display screen. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a display unit for displaying an image; a detection unit for detecting presence of a contact with a display area of the display unit, and the contact position thereof; a control unit for displaying the image in an area where the contact is not detected by the detection unit in the display area, in a size matched to the area; and an attitude detection unit for detecting the attitude of the apparatus.
