<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition for forming a solar cell collector electrode, by which a solar cell exhibiting a high fill factor in a wide firing temperature range (700-800°C) can be obtained, and to provide a solar cell using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive composition for forming a solar cell collector electrode forms a collector electrode of a solar cell comprising a front surface electrode on the light-receiving surface side, an antireflection film, a semiconductor substrate, and a rear surface electrode. The conductive composition for forming a solar cell collector electrode contains conductive particles (A), a fatty acid metal salt (B), glass frit (C), and a solvent (D). In the fatty acid metal salt (B), a carboxylic acid silver salt (B1) and at least one or more carboxylic acid metal salts (B2) of metals selected from a group consisting of magnesium, nickel, copper, zinc, yttrium, zirconium, tin, and lead are used together as two or more fatty acid metal salts different in both fatty acid and metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
