<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrifying member which has ease of controlling volume resistivity and small environmental dependence of conductivity, and reduces the occurrence of ghost due to an increase in the cumulated number of printings. <P>SOLUTION: The electrifying member includes a conductive base and an elastic layer, and the elastic layer contains particles including at least one of (A) crystal of an iron lithium phosphate containing carbon and (B) crystal of an iron lithium phosphate containing at least one or more kinds of metal elements selected from a group consisting of Co, Mn, Mg, Mo, Nb, Zr, and Ti. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
