<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet metal process operation support system for enabling an operator to easily recognize a component plate material to be operated from among a plurality of component plate materials in worked plate materials on a sheet metal process such as a classification process, and to easily recognize which type of component plate material is arranged and how the component plate material is arranged as an actual article. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a system for supporting an operator to perform a classifying operation in a sheet metal process of dealing with a worked plate material W0 manufactured by performing cutout working to a plurality of component plate materials w in a connected state by a plate material working machine 3, the system which being configured of: a projector 6 for performing projection on the worked plate material W0 arranged at the determined position of the sheet metal process; plate material information acquisition means 7 such as a camera for acquiring information about the worked plate material W0 by reading a mark M; and projection image application means 8 for generating a projection image G as information for discriminating each component plate material w of the worked plate material W0 by collating the acquired information with a database 9, and for making the projector 6 project the projection image G on the component plate material w. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
