<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a pair of panels by one operation so as to regulate relative displacement in three-dimensional directions. <P>SOLUTION: In a state in which a body trim (first panel) 14 and an upper trim (second panel) 16 are in contact with each other at a division line 12 and are abutted so that the surfaces thereof are roughly flushed, in a positional relationship in which a second connection part 24 is shifted to the distal end side of a first connection part 22, the body trim 14 is relatively moved in the extending direction of the first connection part 22 with respect to the upper trim 16, and a first hook pawl 28 gets over the second connection part 24 and is locked to the side face.
