<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a foam cover itself is becoming old fashioned, and as the foam cover is made of a soft sponge, it is easy to break and holes are easily made in a trouser, making the appearance worse, and even when it imitates a human posture, there exists a psychological stress that it is not a real thing after all, and it tends to result in a factor of phantom limb pain. <P>SOLUTION: As the beauty of the design of a knee joint is also taken in as an element of the production, the knee joint can be regularly used and the user can feel a pleasure of making the knee joint observe. As there exists no possibility of obstruction on movement of the knee joint when "the foam part for a long trouser" is worn or taken off, a stress free movement can be attained. When a long trouser is worn, by wearing a foam part for the long trouser, there exists no sense of incongruity, contributing to reduction in a breakage of the trouser.
