摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for achieving high efficiency of nucleic acid amplification reaction and high precision of melting curve analysis when performing melting curve analysis in a nucleic acid amplification process of obtaining an amplification product in which amplification target nucleic acids are continuously arranged via a loop. <P>SOLUTION: A method for analysis of nucleic acid base sequence includes: a step of obtaining an amplification product in which the amplification target nucleic acids are continuously arranged via a loop by performing amplification reaction of target nucleic acid in the presence of a probe nucleic acid that is capable of forming a double strand with the amplification target nucleic acid; and a step of performing the melting curve analysis of the amplification product and the probe nucleic acid, and uses a probe nucleic acid having a melting temperature which is lower than the reaction temperature of the amplification reaction as the probe nucleic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
